Everyone still has a vivid memory of the emotional impressions gained at the Song and Dance Celebration, there is a desire for it to linger in their memories once again, but this time we will celebrate a festival for dance and fete those who create the Celebration for others – dance educators and choreographers.” La.lv 24 October 2013)
